Nodus Consulting was founded by Chartered Building Surveyor Benjamin Davies to provide independent, practical advice across the built environment.
Ben's background in building surveying and project delivery provides the foundation of the consultancy, while Nodus Digital brings modern surveying and reality capture technology into the way existing buildings are recorded and understood.
This combination allows Nodus to support clients from the initial understanding of an existing property through to the planning and delivery of future works.
Benjamin Davies MRICS
Director
Ben is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience across commercial property and high-end residential projects. He holds a BSc in Real Estate from the Royal Agricultural University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Prior to establishing Nodus Consulting, Ben spent four years with Gleeds, alongside earlier experience within engineering and architectural practices. This multidisciplinary background has given him experience across both the technical and delivery aspects of the built environment.
His areas of expertise include design and specification, project management, contract administration and professional building surveying services.
Niamh Harvey
Head of Digital Surveying
Niamh holds a BSc (Hons) from the Royal Agricultural University and has a professional background in property media and digital capture.
Prior to Nodus, she worked within real estate media, specialising in property photography and videography, measured floor plans, virtual tours and aerial drone services. Her work has included projects for property developers, estate agents, retailers and businesses across a range of sectors.
As a qualified drone pilot, Niamh brings experience in aerial surveying and imagery alongside 360° capture, virtual tours and digital property documentation. At Nodus, she leads the delivery and development of the company's digital surveying and reality capture services.
